The movies, TV shows, and documentaries listed here all have some aspect(s) of significance that makes them worth watching, to one degree or another. By way of a simple star rating (1-3 stars), I have indicated the level of substance each movie contains:

*** = Exceptionally substantial
** = Not exceptional, but still not to be missed
* = Distinctly less substantial, yet still clearly above the average film

I intend to create a detailed version one day, including personal comments for each movie; but for now, each title is linked to the IMDB website, which has all the details. And although the purpose of the list has nothing to do with seeking enjoyment, there is however a lot of great entertainment here.
